Sanford Greenshell™ Mussels are sustainably grown in four main regions around Aotearoa: Marlborough, Golden Bay, Coromandel and Stewart Island/Rakiura. We use longline technology to grow the shellfish on continuous crop ropes.

Sanford Greenshell™ Mussels in the Half Shell are blanched, opened and then snap frozen in a 907g box, ready for quick and easy preparation.
