Our New Zealand King Salmon, or Wāmu Hāmana, is sustainably ocean-farmed in the cool waters of the deep south where it grows slowly, developing a rich, smooth taste.
The New Zealand King Salmon is cured, before being smoked over New Zealand manuka wood, then oven-roasted to add a subtle smoky taste to the rich, oily meat. Cracked pepper is then added for some extra zing.
