Pacific Harvest Nori Seaweed Flakes is made from 100% nori wild fronds. Nutritious and a good source of iodine, Nori is the most popular edible seaweed across the globe. Usually rolled into a sheet form, Pacific Harvest Nori Seaweed Flakes are perfect for sprinkling into a meal or on top before serving. Nori has a delicate tea-like/mushroomy flavour when roasted to mild nutty when mixed into a dish.
