Pepper & Me’s most versatile paste is an authentic blend of Moroccan herbs and spices.

 

Great for an easy marinade or delicious sauce, simply add your ingredients and the Mo’rocckin paste in a bowl and let it work its magic.

 

We recommend marinating Whole Snapper, Gurnard, Tarakihi or John Dory (or Fillets), then pan fry or barbecue on a high heat. Pair with a simple couscous or side salad for delicious meal.
