Mr Number One Rice Paper
Rice paper is a quick and easy way to enjoy a variety of vegetables and seafood, all rolled up into a delicious, fresh spring roll.
Made from tapioca, rice flour, water and salt; rice paper can be used to make a tasty gluten free snack or meal. Simply dip the rice paper sheet into warm water, lay on a board or counter, add whatever fillings you like, and roll it up!
For a classic Vietnamese-inspired roll, we recommend adding vermicelli noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, mint, and Cooked Whole Vannamei Prawns. Or for something a little different, try it with pan-fried white fish. Make a quick dipping sauce by combining Good Chow Dipping Soy and Aromatic Chilli Oil and enjoy!
