Pepper & Me Tit’illating Tandoori Paste

A staple in anyone’s fridge, Tit’illating Tandoori Paste is great as a marinade for any seafood, or mixed together with coconut cream and tomatoes for a creamy curry sauce.  

We recommend marinating pieces of Ling Fillets in the paste, then frying in a hot pan to seal in the flavours. In the same pan add in a few more tablespoons of Tit’illating Tandoori Paste with coconut cream and canned tomatoes to produce a delicious Indian-inspired curry. Serve with coconut rice.
