Packed with nutrients, our Greenshell™ Mussels are a great source of iron, protein and vitamin B12. A 100-gram serving provides a quarter of an adult's daily protein requirements and just under half their daily iodine.

Sanford Greenshell™ Mussels are sustainably grown in four main regions around Aotearoa: Marlborough, Golden Bay, Coromandel and Stewart Island/Rakiura. We use longline technology to grow the shellfish on continuous crop ropes.
