Pacific Harvest Garlic Kelp Seasoning is made with a blend of kelp seaweed, harvested from the pristine waters of the north island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients. It's then ground into granules and blended with garlic, raw sugar, sunflower oil and spices.

We recommend tossing with raw prawns cutlets and Greenshell mussel meat before grilling, sprinkling onto your seared seafood before serving or adding to the table as a low sodium alternative to table salt.
