Our ocean-farmed King Salmon comes from the pristine waters of Big Glory Bay in Stewart Island.
The pure water and cool currents of Big Glory Bay mean our salmon is nurtured in glorious isolation. We’re proud to supply our King Salmon to some of the finest restaurants in New Zealand. Delivered fresh so can be eaten raw as sashimi or sushi or can be baked and fried.
- Each salmon portion is pin-boned with skin on and weighs a minimum of 180g
- Our Salmon sides are between 1.2 kg – 1.4 kg and come pin-boned with the skin on and vacuum sealed
- Your price does not change if the fish is above the minimum weight
