Our ocean-farmed King Salmon from the pristine waters of Big Glory Bay in Stewart Island.
We’re proud to supply our King Salmon to some of the finest restaurants in New Zealand. Delivered fresh so can be eaten raw as sashimi or sushi or can be baked and fried.
- Each salmon portion is pin-boned with skin on and weighs a minimum of 180g
- Salmon sides are between 1.2 kg – 1.4 kg and come pin-boned with skin on and vacuum sealed
- Your price does not change if the fish is above the minimum weight

NZ King Salmon from the cool waters of the deep south.
Our Hot Smoked Salmon is cured, smoked over over NZ Manuka, and then oven roasted giving a subtle smoky taste with a flaky texture.
Our Cold Smoked Salmon is cured in a unique marinade and gently smoked over NZ Manuka to give our distinct, delicate flavour.
